Spring and Fall are the traditional times of cleansing in Ayurveda. As a way of honoring Mother Nature’s rhythms, these food and ritual-based protocols not only serve to reset digestion, but regulate sleep patterns and stimulate creativity and passion for life.
The Goddess Cleanse is a unique way to learn about and engage the basic principles of Ayurveda and Tantra while deepening a connection to one’s physical and creative needs and desires. Participants will be given several options for how to engage, from a daily meditation and ritual practice, to a more traditional kitchari (cleansing and nourishing mung bean stew) fast. *Most dietary needs can be met through Ayurveda. This is not a starvation process – we EAT the whole time, but with soul-nourishment in mind.
This workshop involves one in-person session, followed by daily emails for one week. The daily emails include guided meditations, mantras, recipes and encouragement.
