We’ll have a brief discussion of the benefits and breakdown of 2 key restful poses, how these poses benefit the hormonal system and your brain health from the latest research. Enjoy a guided practice that will consist of: somatic movement, breath work, and a luxurious restorative sequence. The sequence and long held poses are designed to support a strong body, mind and spirit connection with strategic placement of Yoga props which will encourage the body to release and rest.
